Ginger Garlic Chutney

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Ginger – 50 gm

Garlic Cloves – 50 gm

Onion – 100 gm

Tomatoes – 100 gm

Green Chili – 25 gm

Salt – to taste (1 teaspoon)

Vegetable Oil (Olive Oil / Sesame Oil) – 1.5 teaspoon

Dice ginger, Onion, Green Chili  and tomatoes. Process in a mixer to a consistent paste.

Heat the oil. Add the mixture and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring intermittently.

The Chutney can be used as spread and also to spice-up various dishes.
